These terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to and govern your use of the Portal and are a binding agreement between you and Wi-Fi Alliance (“Wi-Fi Alliance”, “we”, “us” or “our”) and apply to your use of the Portal, including, without limitation, any content, functionality, products, services, or communications offered or occurring on or through the Portal.
By accessing the Portal, registering, or making a Portal Submission (as defined below), you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Notice contained herein, which is incorporated into these Terms.
The Portal is not operated by or affiliated with the Federal Communications Commission.
Eligibility
Access to the Portal is restricted to the duly authorized representatives of the 6 GHz fixed microwave service licensees and certain radio astronomy observatories. Do not use the Portal if you are not authorized to do so.
